1. Services Overview

Pawsome Concierge is a matchmaking platform that connects pet owners (“Clients,” “you”) with carefully vetted and trained pet caregivers (“Caregivers”) who provide pet care services such as walking, sitting, boarding, and other related services. We strive to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and professionalism.

2. User Eligibility

‍

By using the Site and Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Booking and Payments

‍

• All service bookings are made through our platform or as otherwise agreed.
• Payments for services are processed securely via our platform or as otherwise agreed.

• Pricing is clearly stated; however, Pawsome Concierge reserves the right to update pricing and fees at any time with prior notice.
• Clients are responsible for paying all fees for services booked.

4. Matchmaking and Caregiver Selection

• We use a proprietary algorithm to match Clients with suitable Caregivers based on pet needs, caregiver expertise, availability, and location.
• While we carefully vet and train Caregivers, Pawsome Concierge does not directly employ Caregivers.
• Clients agree to provide accurate information about their pet’s health, behavior, and care requirements.
• Meet & Greets or consultations prior to service commencement are encouraged to ensure suitability.

5. Client and Caregiver Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary information to allow Caregivers to deliver safe and effective care.
• Caregivers agree to follow all agreed-upon instructions and act in the best interest of the pet.
• Any incidents, injuries, or issues must be reported promptly to Pawsome Concierge.

6. Limitation of Liability

‍

• Pawsome Concierge acts as a matchmaker to facilitate connections and can not guarantee specific outcomes.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsome Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
‍

• If cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to scheduled service, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled between 1-2 weeks before service date a 15% cancellation fee applies.
• If cancelled within 72 hours before service a 50% cancellation fee applies.
• If cancelled within 48 hours before service a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• Membership Terms : Non Refundable
