Introduction: Welcome to Pawsome - Your Pet Concierge! By accessing our website and utilizing our pet care services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1. As a pet owner, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your pet's health and behavior.
1.2. Any changes in your pet's health or behavior should be communicated to PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ before scheduled pet care services.
2.1. Pet owners are solely responsible for their pet's actions and behavior while under the care of PAWSOME CONCIERGE™.
2.2. Pet owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their pet's actions.
3.1. In case of a medical emergency, PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ is authorized to seek immediate veterinary care for the pet if the owner is unreachable.
3.2. Pet owners agree to reimburse PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ for all incurred veterinary care costs and service charges.
4.1. Acknowledge that minor injuries may occur during supervised dog interactions.
5.1. The agreement is effective for twelve (12) months, unless terminated earlier with written notice.
5.2. Automatic renewal for successive one-year terms unless terminated with a 30-day notice.
6.1. Pet owners certify understanding and agreement to abide by the terms of this agreement.
6.2. Certification of legal age and sole authority over the pet.
7.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties.
7.2. PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ may amend this agreement in writing, with changes effective upon owner's acknowledgment.
