Service Agreement

By accessing the Pawsome VIP website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include lifestyle management, private dog walking, in-home cat care, and specialized concierge support.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older and the legal owner or authorized guardian of the pets for which services are requested. Accurate disclosure of pet health and behavior is required for the safety of our team.

Booking & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. 'On-The-Go' services are billed on a per-request basis, while 'Signature Concierge' care plans are billed annually as per the selected tier. Taxes are applied based on provincial law.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies are based on your service tier. For the Platinum Signature plan, a 24-hour notice is required. For the Premium Signature plan, a 48-hour notice is required to avoid a 100% fee. For On-The-Go and the Essential Signature package: 4+ weeks notice (0% fee), 1-2 weeks (15% fee), 72 hours (50% fee), and 48 hours or less (100% fee).

Safety & Liability

Pawsome VIP caregivers are certified in pet first aid and follow strict safety protocols. While we carry professional insurance, clients are responsible for ensuring pet vaccinations are up-to-date and disclosing any reactive or aggressive tendencies.
