Pawsome | Your Cat Concierge is a premium, private cat care service in Montreal and Toronto. We match cat parents with expertly trained, carefully vetted caregivers for personalized in-home visits, feeding, litter care, medication support, and enrichment, always with a focus on safety, routine, and stress-free care.
How is Pawsome different from a pet sitter?
Pawsome | Your Pet Concierge is a private pet concierge service, not a traditional pet sitting company. The key differences: every concierge is certified in pet first aid and CPR, commercially insured, and matched to your pet through a structured assessment process. Care is always one-on-one, your concierge is never responsible for other pets during your booking. We provide documented updates with photos and detailed notes after every visit, and we follow your pet's exact routine.
How often can you visit my cat while I’m away?
Visits are fully customized. We offer once-daily, twice-daily, or tailored visit schedules based on your cat’s needs. We also offer companion visits ranging from 3 hours to overnight concierge care.
Can you care for senior cats or administer medications or insulin?
Yes. Our trained caregivers have experience caring for senior cats and cats with medical or behavioral needs, always prioritizing safety and comfort. They can administer oral medication, topical treatments, and insulin injections when required.
What happens if my cat hides?
That’s completely normal. We allow shy cats to feel safe, monitor their well-being carefully, and provide detailed updates to give you peace of mind.
