Are Pawsome concierges certified and insured?
Yes. Every Pawsome concierge is certified in pet first aid and CPR through recognized programs, and we carry full commercial liability insurance for your peace of mind.
How does the matching process work?
It starts with a First Class Assessment where we learn about your pet's personality and routines. Based on this, we match you with a concierge whose expertise fits your pet's specific needs.
Why is it called a 'Concierge' service and not just 'Sitting'?
Traditional sitting is often about a simple visit. Concierge care is about managing a lifestyle. We handle the details, follow strict routines, and provide a dedicated point of contact for all your pet needs.
What is your philosophy on pet care?
We believe in force-free, positive reinforcement methods. Our goal is to minimize stress for your pet by maintaining their routine and providing compassionate, professional companionship.
Do you provide updates during visits or stays?
Absolutely. You'll receive real-time digital reports after every visit, including photos and detailed notes on your pet's activities, mood, and well-being.
